The Legend of the Garnethill Cookbook

In a time before now, at an Arts Centre not so far away, a most wonderful recipe book was compiled and published as part of the Garnethill Exhibition. This recipe book contained dozens of pages of recipes contributed by Garnethill residents of all nationalities, along with some shopkeepers and local workers.

The publication was called the Garnethill International Cooking Pot, from the mid 1970’s, and here is the front-cover:

Sadly not many were actually printed, but if anyone reading this still has a copy could you please make yourself known – it would be great if the community could see an actual copy!
