Reform Scotland backs more powers for Community Councils

Reform Scotland have identified that the 1200 Community Council’s across the country need to be more involved in local decision making. The Scottish Government have setup a working group to look into the issue, whilst Reform Scotland have recently published their report ‘Renewing_Local_Government‘ detailing their survey of Community Councils.
